There’s been standard advice for many years on choosing a “word of the year.” I’ve tried it a few times and have enjoyed it, but it hasn’t really taken me through a whole year. 2023’s word was direction. My girls are adults now and we want to move toward retirement.

2024 brought the word enjoyment to the forefront. If you know about my current recovery process… you’ll know that did not go well.

For 2025, I’ve chosen an acronym.
